Inspection & Certification
Can I certify a single site?
EVCI is currently offering a free pilot program to inspect and if applicable certify a site of your choice free of charge.
How long does certification last?
Diamond Accreditation is valid for 12 months, after which re-testing is required to maintain status.
What happens if a charger fails?
It’s flagged in the report. Failed chargers disqualify the site from accreditation until resolved and re-tested.
What is tested during an inspection?
Each output head (AC, DC, CHAdeMO) is tested individually under real charging conditions, comparing displayed output to delivered energy.
How accurate are your inspections?
We use reference meters with ±0.1% precision — significantly higher than the ±2% MID threshold required for certification.
Pricing & Scope
How much does certification cost?
Pricing depends on charger and charger head volume and scope of work. A tailored quote is provided after a free discovery call.
Can I get accredited if I use multiple charger brands?
Absolutely. Certification is performance-based, not brand-dependent.
